Corporate Chaplaincy Program

Our Services
A True Men Ministries Corporate Chaplain is a highly trained professional – an ordained clergyman with at
least 10 years pastoral ministry experience – who provides confidential care given in the workplace
through relationships built with employees where they work.
Our chaplains are also available to employees in crisis situations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our
chaplains can provide support to employees with marital and family problems, substance abuse issues,
job stress, and the general day to day issues of life.
Our chaplains are available to make hospital visits for employee and family members as well as officiating
at memorials, funerals, weddiangs and other formal occasions.
Because our chaplains are Christian ministers, it is our hope that, when given permission, we can share
the life-changing Good News of Jesus Christ. But only if an employee gives that permission.
Additional Services
Chaplains provide confidential discussions for problem issues of employees and their immediate
family members, including, but not limited to, marriage, divorce and remarriage, serious illness, care of
aging parents, death and grief recovery, parenting, as well as any other personal issues.
At your company’s request, our chaplains can provide post-termination care for laid-off or
terminated employees, in order to foster a smooth transition to another work environment.
Our chaplains can coordinate local assistance for employees or immediate family members who
require professional help with issues related to drug or alcohol dependency and/or psychiatric problems
through outpatient or hospitalized care.
Our chaplains can provide a referral service and act as coordinator for specialized assistance to
employees or immediate family members with specific needs.
Our chaplains can draft suggested letters of “Concern,” “Sympathy,” “Appreciation” and
“Congratulation” to employees and immediate family members for the signature of the company
President, CEO or other designated executive leader.
Our chaplains can write articles of interest for company publications, as requested by
management.
