The Dutchman's Chili
Recipe courtesy of Norm at AfterHim.com

1 lb browned ground beef
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tin of good quality tomato soup (Campbell's is best)
1 tin of kidney beans (do NOT drain the liquid, it's part of the sauce base)
1 tin of mixed beans (DO drain the liquid on this one)
I use about 4 heaping tablespoons of chili powder (then a few dashes more so I can
feel like I'm not following the recipe)
1 tin of diced tomatoes (or chopped regular ones, but I find the liquid in the tinned
kind adds to the sauce)

The rest is up to you. Mine's a little different each time but the sauce base and
loads of chili powder is what makes it.

I put lots of chunky mushrooms and green peppers and onions in it. Parsley,
Thyme etc... some hot sauce (Frank's, what else), banana pepper rings... whatever.

Put it all in a slow cooker and simmer for 4-5 hours.
